No bookings are accepted until receipt of a deposit and completed booking form.

Deposit is non-returnable unless cancellation is made by Dragon Driving.

Final payment is due on the day of the wedding but can be made in advance with a post dated cheque. Payment must be made in cash or by cheque.

Whilst every effort will be made to fit in with your requirements sometimes details may need to be changed at short notice due to unforseen circumstances ( e.g. sick horse, adverse weather, road works, etc... ). Dragon Driving will give as much notice as possible but reserves the right to make changes as they see fit with no adjustment in price. Should it be necesssary for Dragon Driving to cancel, your deposit will be returned in full.

On some routes it may be necessary, in the interest of safety, to have a car in front and/or behind the carriage, this is to be provided by the client.

Harness

All prices listed in this catalogue are correct at time of print. We do, however reserve the right to alter prices at any time we deem necessary.
All prices listed are in £ Sterling and payment should be made in this form
Prices are inclusive of post and package charges within mainland Britain. Postage to other destinations will be charged to the customer at cost.
All orders must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% or the full amount if under £100.
Balance is due on all orders on completion and no goods will be released until payment has been made in full.
QUOTES: We are happy to give a quote on any item not listed in the catalogue, any such quote being valid for one calendar month from date given.
DELIVERY: Notification of non delivery of any goods must be made in writing.
INCORRECT FIT on made to measure goods will be free of charge if our error. If due to incorrect measurements being given by the customer a small charge may be made for alterations.
Note: strapping widths given are accurate to approximately ±2mm

Stud

Mares must be swabbed and have their hind shoes removed prior to arrival at Dragon Driving. They must be left with a servicable head collar and lead rope.
Dragon Driving reserve the right to not cover mares that they deem unsuitable through health, condition or temperament. It is the responsibility of the mare owner to inform Dragon Driving of any vices, dietry requirements, handling quirks, etc...
Any mare left at livery with Dragon Driving is left at the owners risk and any unforeseen expenses will be paid by the mare owner ( eg vet, farrier, etc... )
Any equipment left at Dragon Driving is at the owners risk ( eg trailer, tack, etc... )
Full payment for stud fee, livery & any other expenses must be made prior to removal of the mare.
If the mare is not in foal she may be returned with no further stud fee payable. Livery, etc... will be charged as before.
Registration of the foal is the responsibility of the mare owner.
A completed BAPSH service certificate will be provided.
Samples for DNA testing will be provided free if required.
Also deposit is required on booking.

Courses & Lessons

Although a deposit is not usually required, Dragon Driving reserve the right to charge a deposit without prior notice. Full payment is required before leaving on completion of the course.
Dragon Driving reserve the right to alter the date of a course or lesson due to unforseen events ( illness, weather, road conditions, ill health, etc... ). There is no charge if the client wishes to change a date but a deposit may be required.
Prices include accommodation with Mrs Olwyn Price at Maesgwyn, if we have to use a different accommodation provider, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs involved.
Between 1st May and 30th September lessons will only take place on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday except by prior arrangement. 1st October to 31st April lessons will be available Monday - Friday. Weekends are only available by special arrangement and Dragon Driving reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Vouchers must be paid for in full before they become valid.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
